Three Rivers Ranch provides outstanding service to anglers from all over the world. Nestled in the quiet town of Warm River, in Southeastern Idaho, the ranch is surrounded by enormous pines, brilliant colored aspens and three enticing rivers, all within walking distance from the front step of your cabin. We are licensed on an honor roll of rivers in Idaho, Montana, and Yellowstone National Park including the Madison, Yellowstone, Henry’s Fork and South Fork of the Snake River. An angler’s paradise!
Lonnie Allen has been the owner and operator of Three Rivers Ranch since 1987, the business has been in her family since the early 1920’s. Three Rivers Ranch has the distinct honor of being the first Orvis endorsed lodge. In order to receive such an honor, a lodge must meet the rigorous standards that Orvis expects from a fly fishing lodge. It has been under Lonnie’s care that Three Rivers Ranch has grown into what Andrew Harper’s Hideaway Report calls one of the Ten Best Classic Fishing Lodges in the World and was also named Orvis Lodge of the Year.
Come experience World Class Fly Fishing at one of the most respected fly fishing destinations in the World!

“I must say that Three Rivers Ranch is my favorite trout destination in the lower 48! It gets a “10” – very comfortable rustic cabins, good food, and most importantly the fishing is great. Lots of dry fly fishing – my favorite.”
“High quality in all respects and with a touch of “welcome home” when you arrive………”

“Our expectations of a well run comfortable lodge with delightful and efficient personnel, good food and an easy social ambiance — plus great small stream fisheries were once again met! This was our 10th year at Three Rivers. We are Lonnie fans.”

Our lodge is located 16 miles from Yellowstone Park (Bechler area) and about an hour & a half from Jackson Hole, Wyoming. When you arrive through our gate you’ll be nestled in our own private canyon with towering pines & surrounded by Robinson Creek & Warm River, with the Henrys Fork of the Snake River under a mile away. A private & luxurious cabin awaits your arrival. Go and fish the two spring creeks through our property or sit back on your porch with the complimentary bottle of wine & listen to the thousands of birds that call this place home.
Our goal is for you and your group to have an experience that will last a lifetime, and that starts now. The first step is to choose a date. Our lodge is booked out years in advance, as some families have been visiting us for 3 generations. Our 22-week prime season starts in the third week of May, just in time for the Henrys Fork Salmon Fly Hatch and wraps up mid-October when the water is low & the colors are beautiful. You’ll find out about fly fishing day trips, other things to do in our area, local airports, what to bring, and seasonal information.
We typically focus on three main rivers here at Three Rivers Ranch; the Henrys Fork of the Snake River, South Fork of the Snake River, and the Teton River. But there are countless other tributaries in the area, including Montana’s Madison, Firehole, and other Yellowstone Rivers are within reasonable driving distance. You will spend your day in a drift boat and then wade sections of each river. We can cater your fishing experience to your desire, so if you’re looking to walk/wade, we have over 100’s of miles for you, if you only want to fish from a boat, we can do that for you as well…
The ranch has a rich and beautiful story that carries over several generations. Lonnie Allen’s grandfather Fred Lewies homesteaded the property in the 1920’s and created a destination for tourists traveling to Yellowstone to stay, fish, eat, & purchase fishing tackle. Lonnie Allen has turned the business with humble beginnings into an award-winning fly-fishing lodge, five fly shops throughout Idaho, and maintains the best roster of fly fishing guides in the industry.
